USA Inside Sales and Business Development Executive (Local Candidates Only)
Job Summary:
Responsible for the marketing, sales and business development in the US
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accomplished sales professional experienced in medical device sales and demonstrated performance in account growth and management, clinical staff training, customer service and needs analysis, presentation, negotiation, program development and implementation
- Experienced with Oncology diagnostics/oncology healthcare market
- Knowledgeable in clinical reference lab operations
- Having an understanding of distribution/lab/medical professional inter-relationships
- Ability to work in-house (inside sales) and outbound sales calls solo or with scientific staff
- Having a competitive spirit, winning attitude, strong relationship builder, ability to set and implement short and long-term goals
- Four years of health care experience that has continually strengthened both interpersonal and technical capabilities
- Experienced in launching new medical device
- Ability to call on, and be responsive to, existing and prospective customers, in order to solve customer problems and challenges, while enhancing long term customer relationships
- Ability to develop new accounts and grow existing accounts within an established geographic territory
- Responsible to respond to requests for information and data from Sales Management and Corporate Administration
- Ability to work within the boundaries of all RPC policies and guidelines
- Ability to organize and plan territory for efficient and productive coverage by own initiatives
- Follow-up with customers during pre- and post-sales efforts to ensure proper customer-company relationships
- Maintain a complete prospect, competitor, and customer database and provide information to Management as requested
- Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of RPC' products, competitive products, and the market in order to meet the customers’ needs, as well as achieve assigned sales targets
- Represent RPC at relevant events, tradeshows, and association meetings to promote products and meet with key customers to support sales and associated business goals
- Act in a professional manner when representing RPC. Utilize and maintain field inventory and other RPC assets for optimum sales results
- Complete all administrative duties in a timely fashion and to the appropriate level of detail
- Provide the Marketing department with technical and market information gathered through customer contacts. Gather data for new and existing products to help the Marketing department satisfy market needs.
- Report customer product experience issues through appropriate channels in an accurate and timely manner
- Work as a team player with other team members and distribution partners within the region, area, and nation. Share best practices
- Perform other related job objectives and special assignments as typically performed by the Territory Manager
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge is required
- A minimum of 2 years of proven, successful sales experience, preferably medical device sales in the field of tumor markers is required
- Must have a proven track record of success
- A high sense of urgency and strong work ethic are necessary
- Must possess basic computer skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- A high degree of initiative and creativity, as well as, the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision is essential
- The following physical demands exist:
- Ability to lift and carry computer and lab equipment (at least 25 lbs.)
- Ability to transport collateral materials etc. in boxes (at least 25 lbs.)
Compensation:
- Salary base with commission and commission draw to be determined by management

ELISA Production Technician (Full Time)
Job Summary:
Responsible for manufacturing and packaging of the products and its components in accordance to cGMP
Primary Responsibilities:
- Helps in manufacturing new product & its components
- Remains involved in production process in order to enhance the production rate in a most efficient way with a consistent high quality level
- Operates production equipments, performs manufacturing functions including packaging and assembly of diagnostic media products, kits and reagents
- Handles Receiving and inventory
- Follows strict cGMP & company’s safety guidelines at all times
- Responsible for daily & periodic calibration of manufacturing equipments
- Performs basic calculation as required in the production process
- Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for data recording and all other documents required within manufacturing area
- Ensures the quality and integrity of the final product throughout the production process & supports Quality Department
- Works with QA/ QC and R & D department to maintain the integrity of diagnostic technologies and products
- Follows characterization and purification methods for critical reagents
- Adheres to company policies for Health and Safety as well as Quality Systems compliance
- Other duties include: assisting lead technician, daily cleaning of work areas and equipment, completion of manufacturing records and stocking products and supplies
Skills/Knowledge Required:
The successful candidate must possess at a minimum, the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or related science field with minimum 1 year of experience in biotherapeutic industry or similar setting
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of GMPs, GDPs and GLPs
- Ability to thrive in a demanding and regularly time-critical environment
- Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, SOPs and procedure manuals
- Math and reasoning skills
Must be able to regularly lift or move 10 pounds and occasionally move or lift 40 pounds
